Well it’s about time someone decided to kick back
a little. I’ve been completely flustered with the continues downgrade
of Customer Service and personally I’m fed up. I plan on using your
site for all my shopping needs, but be warned you're going to know my
Email very quickly.

certainly not alone in your feelings. In fact I had the exact same
feeling about a year ago. I finally cracked after being shipped a faulty
motherboard for my home computer. By the time I was done I had
wasted 50 hours troubleshooting and was out of a $100 due to the games
the company played. I was pretty heated about the hole thing and
swore to only purchase from local stores. Several times I mention
to my Wife "someone needs to open up a online site which actually has
stores that can be trusted". Can you imagine a Site that was
actually design around the customer and not around how many dollars they
can process in an hour. A location that actually cared about it's
customers, now that's a concept! Well the more I thought about it
the more I liked the idea..............

Are you for real? I mean there's always a catch
a trick or something. You don’t support spam, pop up ads, nor do you
charge us for your service. You don’t ask for anything but still
provide an amazing site. My hole family uses your site for all our
online purchases and we have never had a bad experience.

Ok you got me. You have one of the best sites
out on the web and supply a truly wonderful service. I can’t figure out
why you do what you do and I certainly can’t figure out how you make a
dime. What I have figured out, is this web site is one of the most
ethical sites I have ever seen. I have read every policy and posted
question on your site and you are truly amazing. If you we a man I
would marry you but only a women could have a site this great!

It’s nice to see a site that is design for the
guy and the girls. You support a nice mixture of stores and shops,
every thing from automotive to flowers… But the fact your recommended
stores are all certified running encrypted billing is awesome. I was
hit with identity theft (as the credit card company called it) last
year. It's not a fun experience. I would remind your customers that
even though they are secured when purchasing from stores you recommend
they should be careful about carbon copies, receipts and who is standing
behind them at the check out line.
